We offer virtual partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) in 28 states. 

Program offerings include:

  • Secure, encrypted software ensures all sessions are HIPAA compliant

  • Specialty groups for binge eating, LGBTQIA+, “Clementine” teens, co-occurring disorders, and more

Specialized virtual programs for eating disorders.

  • Walden offers specialty virtual programs for the treatment of binge eating disorder and ARFID as well as for members of the LGBTQIA+ , Jewish community and competitive athletes. More than just tracks, these unique programs are staffed by carefully chosen clinicians, dietitians, and medical providers selected for specific expertise and specialized training.

  • Rainbow Road: Adult PHP & IOP for LGBTQIA+ Community

    Walden’s Rainbow Road virtual PHP and IOP are unique treatment programs that provide support for LGBTQIA+ patients by LGBTQ+ providers because we believe that positive attachment, modeling and community is how people heal.

  • Free to Be: Adult Binge Eating Disorder IOP

    Walden’s Free to Be virtual IOP for adults with binge eating disorder, emotional eating, night eating syndrome and/or overeating provides the nutritional and emotional support needed to increase control and decrease binge eating behaviors. We help you better understand the thoughts and emotions that drive behavior. We also work with you to identify barriers that may be getting in the way of recovery.

  • ARFID: Adolescent IOP 

    In Walden’s Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) virtual IOP, your child will benefit from treatment specifically designed to meet their needs. We utilize CBT-AR, a unique approach to CBT therapy created by ARFID experts at Massachusetts General Hospital.

  • GOALS: Virtual IOP for Competitive Athletes

    Walden developed the GOALS virtual IOP with the unique needs and experiences of athletes in mind. Welcoming individuals of all genders ages 18+, this program provides athletes with the support needed to understand the thoughts that drive disordered behavior.

  • B’SHALOM: Virtual IOP for the Jewish Community 

    Walden’s B’SHALOM virtual IOP is founded specifically for adult and adolescent members who identify with the Jewish faith and see religion as an integral part of their healing process. B’SHALOM offers guidance in balancing nutritional needs, faith, and eating disorder recovery.
