STEPS to admission
Reach out to us via one of the communication options to the right. One of our skilled admissions specialists will talk with you and gather some information. You will have the opportunity to discuss your specific situation, your or your loved one’s needs and what you would like to achieve under our care.
During this initial discussion, we will also gather information needed to check any insurance benefits you may have. We will then send your self-assessment and medical information to you, with ‘how to’ instructions.
Soon after this step, we will discuss with you the findings of any insurance benefits you have as well as review your self-assessment. At this point you will be on your way to setting an admission date and location.

To our outpatient partners:
If you find yourself on this page, you might also find yourself needing to refer your client to a residential or day treatment program to help them recovery from their eating disorder. Our team of professional outreach managers are your partners in that process. They will ensure the coordination of communication between you and our internal admissions and treatment teams.
The sincere care we have for our clients and our anticipatory approach when helping people find the most effective program allows you to feel confident you are referring a family to a place that recognizes the challenges that accompany an eating disorder along with the expertise and compassion to help them. As the two people who support and directly oversee the outreach department, our 30 years of collective experience in professional relations underscores our sincere commitment to ensuring your, and your clients, needs are met.
